k8xx Terms and Conditions

Nature of the Agreement

By accessing the k8xx platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

Definitions

• "Platform" — The k8xx website and all services included within it.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" — The personal profile created in a member's name.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional offer or benefit provided by k8xx.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The amount that must be wagered before bonus funds become withdrawable.

Applicable Law

These Terms will follow international e-commerce and online gaming standards in their interpretation and application. k8xx operates as a safe and reliable platform in accordance with SSL encryption and fair play principles.

Age Requirement

The k8xx platform is for users aged 21 and above only. You must provide accurate age information at the time of registration. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and any such account will be closed immediately.

One Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. Opening multiple accounts using the same person, family, address, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts and their balances may be forfeited.

Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided when creating an account — name, mobile number, email — must be accurate and truthful. k8xx reserves the right to close any account created on the basis of false information at any time. If requested for identity verification, providing the required documents is mandatory.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. Sharing or transferring your account is prohibited.

Deposit Methods and Limits

The following methods are accepted for deposits on the k8xx platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals will only be completed through the same method used for the deposit.

Identity Verification

An identity verification process by k8xx may be required before a withdrawal. If the required documents are not submitted in time, the withdrawal process may be put on hold. In line with anti-money laundering policies, k8xx reserves the right to review any suspicious transactions.

Currency

All transactions on the k8xx platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,500, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. A maximum deposit of ৳12,000 earns a bonus of ৳8,000, for a total of ৳20,000.

Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are only usable on the k8xx platform.
• One welcome bonus applies per account.
• Bonuses have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• k8xx reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be reviewed.

VIP Tiers and Benefits

k8xx's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Tier Changes

Members can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active play. The criteria for tier advancement are determined by the platform's internal policies, and k8xx reserves the right to change them at any time.

Cashback Eligibility

Cashback is paid on a weekly basis and its own wagering conditions may apply. The cashback amount depends on the net loss during the relevant period. Cashback may be cancelled for accounts involved in fraudulent activity.

Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets using any automated bot or software.
• Operating an account with the intent to abuse bonuses or engage in bonus hunting.
• Using another member's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Exploiting any technical error on the platform.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

Consequences

If any of the above prohibited activities occur, k8xx may suspend or permanently close the relevant account, forfeit bonuses and any winnings derived from bonuses, and take legal action if necessary.

Betting Outcomes

k8xx makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of any bet or game. Gambling always carries financial risk, and members are solely responsible for the consequences of their own decisions.

Third-Party Services

k8xx is not responsible for the operations of third-party game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, and PG Soft. Those providers' own terms and conditions will apply.

Account Closure by Member

Any member may request to close their account at any time. It is the member's responsibility to withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed.

Account Closure by k8xx

In the event of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or suspicious transactions, k8xx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice.

Changes to Terms

k8xx reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Members will be notified by email or on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
